Definitions

• You must not already hold an existing os333 account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.

By completing the registration process on os333, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility conditions listed above. If any of these conditions cease to be met during your use of the platform, you are obligated to notify os333 support immediately and to cease all gaming activity pending resolution.

Account Security

Your os333 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. os333 will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• You must not allow any other individual to access your os333 account or place bets on your behalf.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless you have promptly reported a security breach to os333 support.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify os333 support immediately via live chat. os333 will temporarily suspend your account pending a security review.

os333 operates automatic session timeout controls to protect inactive accounts. After a defined period of inactivity, your session will be terminated and you will be required to log in again. This is a security measure, not a technical error.

Deposits & Withdrawals

os333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of locally supported payment methods. All financial transactions on os333 are conducted in PKR unless otherwise stated. No currency conversion fees are charged by os333 on PKR transactions.

Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Availability of individual methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed on the Cashier page within your os333 account at all times.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your os333 wallet within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the sending institution.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed by os333 within a few hours under normal conditions, subject to any pending KYC verification requirements.
• os333 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the ownership of the payment method used for any deposit before processing a withdrawal to that method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account, as an anti-money laundering control.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and applicable blockchain fees, which are the responsibility of the player.

• Bonus offers are available to players aged 21 and above who hold a fully verified os333 account in good standing.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money.

• Bonus funds are not transferable between accounts and carry no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• os333 does not offer bonuses to players who have applied a deposit limit, cooling-off period, or self-exclusion to their account. Responsible gaming tools take absolute priority over promotional eligibility.

Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploiting low-risk wagering patterns to clear requirements — may have their bonus funds removed and their accounts reviewed for potential restriction.

Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on os333 are governed by specific rules that are accessible within each game or market interface. By placing a bet or wagering on any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game-specific rules. The following general gaming rules apply across all products on the os333 platform:

• All cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, ICC tournaments, and other international matches — are subject to os333's Sports Betting Rules, which govern settlement, void markets, and in-play event management.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game session, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined in accordance with the live casino provider's official game rules. os333 will apply the provider's decision as final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on os333. This list is not exhaustive — os333 reserves the right to take action against any conduct it reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a false identity, or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to standard players.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game, betting market, or promotion.
• Exploiting platform errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes with the intent to gain an unfair financial advantage. Players who identify such errors are expected to report them to os333 support immediately.
• Using the os333 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. os333 is obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with os333 support.
• Accessing os333 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing os333 support staff or other players through any communication channel on or off the platform.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly PKR cap on the total amount you can deposit into your os333 wallet. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any os333 content without prior written authorisation from os333.
• You may not use the os333 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial context, marketing material, or social media content without express written consent.
• Game content provided by third-party suppliers is licensed to os333 and subject to the intellectual property rights of those suppliers. Any use of game content outside the os333 platform requires the authorisation of the relevant game provider.
• Unauthorised scraping, mirroring, or framing of any part of the os333 platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, os333 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, or from a security breach on your personal device.
• Inaccurate information provided by data feed suppliers affecting the settlement of sports betting markets, where os333 acted in good faith on the data received.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the os333 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits os333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy

Your use of os333 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how os333 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information, including the data you provide during registration and KYC verification.
